Nutritional benefits of goat milk
Our quest for excellence begins with the careful selection of the finest goat milk. We are supported by different family farms dedicated to the well-being of their goats. Our farms raise primarily Saanen, Nubian, and Alpine breeds in a nurturing environment that provides plenty of room to roam, high-quality grass, alfalfa, and other crops to eat, and our goats are never treated with artificial/synthetic growth hormones.
Easy digestion
Goat milk forms a softer curd in the stomach, making its proteins and nutrients easier to absorb. This ease of digestion can benefit those with sensitive stomachs or digestive issues.

Our farmer families

Sustainability and certification
We are committed to excellence in every step of our production process. Here’s why our goat milk powder stands out:
Nutritional information about goat milk
Goat milk is highly nutritious and is naturally full of protein, fat, carbs, vitamins, and minerals. With goat milk powder you can just add water to reconstitute it to a healthy milk or use it to add protein and other nutrients to your shake, snack, or meal.
Goat milk cheese health benefits
A popular product made from goat milk is goat cheese, such as chèvre, feta, and goat gouda. Goat cheese is known for its health benefits and delicious taste.
While cow milk contains both A2 and A1 beta-casein proteins, goat cheese contains only A2 beta-casein. This difference makes goat cheese and goat milk easier to digest.
The fatty acids in goat cheese are different than those in cow milk cheese, leading to a faster sensation of fullness. Researchers have found that choosing goat cheese may help reduce hunger and overall food intake, aiding in weight loss.

Protein Powder (GMPP60)
Goat Milk Protein Powder (GMPP60) is made from fresh, concentrated skimmed goat milk fortified with demineralized goat sweet whey powder to achieve a protein content level of 60%. This unique formulation combines the nutritional benefits of both goat milk and whey, resulting in a high-protein product with enhanced nutritional value.
Goat Whey protein concentrate (GWPC)
Goat whey protein concentrate (GWPC) is a dietary supplement made from powdered protein concentrate derived from whey. It is produced through ultrafiltration of sweet whey obtained from cheese production. Following ultrafiltration, the liquid concentrate is spray-dried and packaged. Our Goat WPC55 contains at least 55% protein, while our WPC80 contains at least 80%, offering varying protein concentrations to suit different dietary needs.
Colostrum
Goat colostrum is the first form of milk produced immediately following the delivery of the newborn goat. It’s highly nutritious and contains antibodies to support the immune system. It boasts a high concentration of bioactive compounds and nutrients and has an immunoglobulins (IgG) content of at least 22% in our whole colostrum and 14% in our skim colostrum.
D90 whey
Goat whey powder is 90% demineralized and derived from fresh liquid goat whey. It is known by its abbreviation Goat D90. This product is high in lactose and protein, and low in fat and minerals. This makes it ideal for formulations that need lactose as a carbohydrate and extra whey protein.
Lactose
Goat lactose is isolated from goat whey, a by-product of goat cheese production. During ultrafiltration, two streams are created: one rich in protein and the other rich in lactose. The lactose-rich stream is then further purified, concentrated, crystallized, and dried to produce lactose powder.
